We are looking for a passionate and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our Commercial team!
The Digital Sales Manager plays a pivotal role within the Commercial team, driving strategic activation of digital sales across direct and indirect channels.
This role leads the execution of online sales initiatives, optimizing the property's digital presence on Marriott.com, multilingual global sites, OTAs, search engines, and metasearch platforms.

Working closely with marketing, revenue, and distribution teams, the Digital Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing conversion, increasing market share, and generating revenue, while ensuring a consistent and high-performing digital experience.
This role acts as a strategic advisor for digital sales initiatives, with a strong focus on results and growth.

Education and Experience
Required:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, or related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in digital sales, eCommerce, marketing, or online distribution. Hospitality or agency experience preferred.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Sales Strategy
  1. Defines and implements strategic digital sales priorities aligned with commercial goals.
  2. Collaborates with Business Development and Marriott Digital Services to monitor and optimize online sales performance.
  3. Analyzes conversion and revenue KPIs, proposing corrective actions and optimizations.
  4. Manages digital activity budgets with a focus on ROI and performance.
Online Commercial Activation
  1. Coordinates digital sales campaigns with agencies and internal teams.
  2. Optimizes Paid Search and retargeting campaign performance.
  3. Oversees the PLUS platform for participating properties.
  4. Identifies local and cluster-based activation opportunities to boost sales.
Direct Channel Optimization
  1. Continuously audits and enhances content and user experience on Marriott.com and hotel-specific pages.
  2. Supports the development of conversion-focused web modules (e.g., offer pages, landing pages).
OTA and Metasearch Channel Management
  1. Ensures optimal presence of properties on OTAs and metasearch platforms.
  2. Coordinates promotional and merchandising tactics (e.g., Expedia TravelAds).
  3. Partners with Revenue Managers to improve sales performance across third-party channels.
New Hotel Openings
  1. Leads digital activation for new openings, including Marriott.com and OTA setup.
  2. Verifies correct pricing and content configuration.
  3. Collaborates with Marketing to position the hotel across digital channels.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  1. 1–3 years of experience in similar roles.
  2. Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities.
  3. Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  4. Collaborative and flexible mindset.
  5. Willingness to travel across the 4 properties.
