JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a talented and energetic
Human Resources Generalist
to join our team!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Management of personnel administration processes (hiring, terminations, extensions, transformations, drafting of contracts, relations with O.O.S.S., etc.);
Employee attendance management through the Zucchetti Infinity software, according to the company procedure;
Management of requests, attendance and contracts for staff in administration;
Management of contracted services;
Budgeting / forecasting / reporting on labour costs;
Support of Payroll processing processes and related monthly closings with related obligations;
Support of employee complaints to ensure accurate and timely documentation on the main critical issues in personnel management;
Support of the main HR Analytics tools (Compensation, Key Performance Indicator, FTE, etc.);
Support of staff training processes, definition of educational plans by department and job, supervision of the organization of courses and classroom management;
Support for personnel selection activities (company needs analysis, job profile creation, advertisement publication, CV screening, selection interviews, test administration, performance evaluation);
Support for corporate communication activities.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail and analytically driven
Economics, Law, Psychology or Humanities degree
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
+ 1 years of experience in similar roles in modernly organized structures
Analytical skills, method orientation, aptitude for cooperation and teamwork, negotiation skills, excellent resistance to stress and good knowledge of English complete the characteristics of the ideal profile
Origin from the tourism sector will be preferential.
